3. Great Pay:

     As an EZ011 Agent, you will have two sources of great residual income:

     1. Earn 20% commission each month from your Subscribers (people who sign up using your promotion code).

        You will make 20% commissions on all the calls all your subscribers make... every single month! After people sign up for
        EZ011 service, your work is done, but your income (20% of their monthly bill) will continue on... until they stop using EZ011.

        Since an average EZ011 subscriber spends $20 a month, you can expect the following income each month:

           - 50 subscribers: $200 every month ($2,400/year, $12,000 over 5 years)
           - 100 subscribers: $400 every month ($4,800/year, $24,000 over 5 years)
           - 300 subscribers: $1,200 every month ($14,400/year, $72,000 over 5 years)
           - 500 subscribers: $2,000 every month ($24,000/year, $120,000 over 5 years)
           - 1000 subscribers: $4,000 every month ($48,000/year, $240,000 over 5 years)

     Whenever their subscribers use EZ011 service, they (EZ011 Dealers) will make 15% commission and you (EZ011 Agent) will
     make 5% commission on all their calls. As recruit more EZ011 Dealers, who'll add new Subscribers on a regular basis, your
     income will grow exponentially. See below for a few examples.

      - If you recruit 5 dealers a month, who add just 1 subscriber per day, your annual commission will be:
        $54,600 (1st yr), $335,400 (2nd yr), and $932,100 (3rd yr)

      - If you recruit 10 dealers a month, who add just 1 subscriber per day, your annual commission will be:
        $109,200 (1st yr), $670,800 (2nd yr), and $1,864,200 (3rd yr)

      - If you recruit 15 dealers a month, who add just 1 subscriber per day, your annual commission will be:
        $163,575 (1st yr), $1,006,200 (2nd yr), and $2,796,300 (3rd yr)

    * We recommend 15% commission for EZ011 Dealers, but you can decide their commission rate (from 1% to 19%).

How do I get started?

1. Sign up to be an EZ011 Agent.

- Email your Resume to Agents@ez011.net with the following information:

- Once you're approved as an EZ011 agent, we will email your User Name and Password so that you can log in to EZ011 Agent
   Website on www.ez011.com. (You will be able to change your Password)

Step 2: Create your Promotion Code.

                              1. Log in to www.ez011.com using your UserName and Password.
                              2. Click on ‘Reports’.
                              3. Click on ‘Invitation Codes’.
                              4. Click on ‘Add Invitation Code’.
                              5. Input 5+ letters or numbers of your choice.
                              6. Click on ‘Submit’.

Step 3: Register Yourself as a New Subscriber.

1. Log on to www.ez011.com using your UserName and Password.
2. Click on ‘Register a Subscriber’

- It’s ‘EXTREMELY IMPORTANT’ that you sign yourself up as an EZ011 Subscriber and try using the service yourself! Without
    trying out yourself, you won’t be able to sell/explain it effectively to others.

- Use ‘Auto-recharge’ or ‘Postpaid’ as the payment method. If you or your subscribers choose the ‘Prepaid’ payment method, the
   100 free minutes will NOT be given and you WON’T make any commission on their calls.

   * Auto-recharge: When balance drops below $2, the amount you designate ($10, $20, $30 or $50) will be charged automatically
     so that you will never run out of minutes.
   * Postpaid: You will be charged at the end of each month for the amount you have used. (When you sign up, our system will
     verify your credit card with $35 authentication, which will be canceled in 3-5 days.)
   * Prepaid: When the amount you designated has been spent, you will not be able to make any more calls until you recharge
     your account. (Please note that the free minutes do not apply to prepaid accounts.)

- Use ‘US Origin Credit Card’.

- Since you’re already on ‘Your’ EZ011 Agent page, you won’t be asked to input your ‘promotion code.’ When people sign up on
   www.ez011.com themselves, they will be asked to input the ‘promotion/invitation code’.

- ‘Origination Phone Numbers’ are the phones you want to use EZ011 service on (i.e. home phone, cell phone, work phone). When
    you call the toll-free access number from these numbers, EZ011 will automatically recognize your EZ011 account so that you
    won’t need to dial the PIN number.

- ‘3-digit dialing Destination Registration’ is where you save the numbers you’ll call most often. After calling the toll-free access
    number, you can just dial the 3-digit number you assign (i.e. 011) to call quickly/simply the number you’re trying to reach.

Step 4: Recruit/Register New Subscribers.

1. To register new subscribers on your EZ011 Agent page, click on ‘Register a Subscriber.’
2. To have them sign up on www.ez011.com directly, make sure you give them your ‘promotion code.’

- Recruiting new subscribers is easy. You simply tell them something like...

      "Have you heard about EZ011 Long Distance Service? I've been using it and it's really great! You can call places like
       China, Europe and all these places for just 2 cents per minute. It's also very easy-to-use. You simply dial a toll-free
       number and then the number you want to call. There is no need to input the PIN number. You'll even get 100 free
       minutes when you sign up at www.ez011.com using the promotion code 'xxxxx'!"

     * When satisfied subscribers get other people to sign up using your promotion code, you will earn 20% commission on all
      calls as well.

- You can also download the Info Card, type in your promotion code, then print and pass them out to potential subscribers.
   If people don't have access to internet, you can sign them up at www.ez011.com using your promotion code.
   (Have them choose the "auto-recharge" payment option to get their promotional minutes)

- Now, you’re ready to see your monthly commission roll in!
   From your EZ011 Agent page, click on ‘Report’ to see your Subscriber Status, Your Commission Report, etc.

- Download the following material:
            1. Rate Chart (to show EZ011 Dealers the call rate to different countries)
            2. Dealer's Commission Chart (to show EZ011 Dealers their income potential)
            3. Subscriber Registration Form (to enable EZ011 Dealers to get sign-ups on paper, which they can input online)
            4. Dealer Registration Form (for you to get EZ011 Dealer sign-ups on paper, which you can input online)
            5. Info Card (for EZ011 Dealers to display on the posters in their stores for potential Subscribers to take it with them)
            6. Envelope (to hold info cards on the poster)

      * 'The Info Card' is a small, palm-sized flyer, which contains basic EZ011 information and the Dealer's Promotion Code.
      Dealers should keep a stack of them on the EZ011 poster (in an envelope that covers only bottom-half of info cards) so that
      potential subscribers can take it with them and sign-up on www.ez011.com using the dealer's promotion code. See below for

4. Recruit Local Retail Store Owners as EZ011 Dealers.

- Visit local stores in your area and present the benefits of the EZ011 Dealer Program.
        (i.e. Source of Extra Income, No Sales Needed: Simply Display the Poster and Info Cards, Life-long Residual Income)

- Have them fill out the Dealer Registration Form.
        (Enter their info on your EZ011 Agent's Website by clicking on 'Register a Partner,' . For Partner Type, choose 'Dealer.'
         For Business Type, choose 'Individual' or 'Company' depending on their preference. For Commission, choose '15%'.)

- Show them how to create their Promotion Code. If they're not good with computer, you can create it for them. (Log in on
        www.ez011.com using Dealer's User ID and Password. Click on 'Reports,' 'Invitation Codes,' and then 'Add Invitation Code.')

- Print/copy 100 Info cards after typing in or writing the Dealers Promotion Code. (Each page contains 4 Info Cards. Give dealers
   a few originals so that they can make more copies later)

- Print a few Envelopes, cut & fold as directed, and tape it to the poster (using wide scotch tape) to hold Info Cards.

- Help them put up 2 posters in the store. (One should be on or by the main entrance door) Make sure to have multiple Info Cards
   available on the EZ011 Poster. If people sign up without using the dealer's promotion code, neither the dealer nor the agent
   will get any commission, and the subscriber will not get the 100 free minutes.)

- Give Dealers the Rate Chart and a few Brochures so that they can answer questions potential subscribers may have.

- Give Dealers several copies of the Subscriber Registration Form in case customers want to sign up on paper.

- Give Dealers your contact number.

5. Enjoy Your Residual Income & Recruit More EZ011 Dealers for Greater Income.

- Each month, your commission check will be sent out or be automatically deposited to your bank account.

- Dealer's commissions will also be sent out or direct-deposited based on their preference. (If they choose to receive monthly
   checks, use your checking account info as you 'Register a Partner'. Then, EZ011.com will deposit their commission to your
   account, and you can write them a check each month. If they choose the direct deposit option, EZ011.com will deposit their
   commission directly to their bank account.)

- You can track your commission, your dealer's commission and subscriber's status and activity on your Agent webpage by
   clicking on the 'Report' tab.
