You can purchase more airtime online using your credit card. You'll first receive the invoice immediately. Then, you'll receive another e-mail (within the same day) with the airtime card PIN and the instruction on how to add airtime to your phone. To Add Airtime PIN to your Phone: - Dial 1-866-512-2167 from any phone. - At the prompt, enter your 10-digit wireless phone number. - Enter 4-digit pass code. (The last 4 digits of your phone number, or 1100 if modified) - Enter 1-866-512-2167 - Enter the 10-digit airtime card number. * Be sure to use the phone at least once every 30 days to prevent deactivation. To Check Your Remaining Airtime Balance: Call 1-866-512-2167 & choose option 3 to change personal settings. Then follow instruction to turn the "Balance Notification Option" on. Then, each time you make an outgoing call, you will hear a recording, telling you how many unused minutes you have remaining on your phone. To check when your remaining airtime will expire, call 877-205-8600. To Make Free International Calls: Dial 1-562-252-0100 from your cell phone.* When you hear the dial tone, enter 011 + Country Code + Area Code + Phone Number. To Set Up your Voicemail: - Dial your wireless number from your wireless phone or any other touch-tone phone. - When you hear the Voicemail system greeting, press # to interrupt the greeting. - The system asks for a temporary password, which is 1111. - At the prompt, enter a new easy-to-remember 4-15 digit number, then press #. - Then, record your own personal greeting or select a standard greeting. Using Caller ID: Caller ID shows you the numbers for most incoming calls. If you don't want to answer your PCS Phone and you have Voicemail, you can let the incoming call roll to your Voicemail box. Caller ID works whenever your phone is on. It even works when Call Waiting alerts you of an incoming call. Per-Call Blocking allows you to selectively block the presentation of your wireless phone number. - Enter *, 6, 7, and the phone number you are calling and press SEND. Your number will show up on the receiver's Caller ID equipment as "anonymous" during that call only. About Roaming: When you're in an area AT&T provides coverage indirectly through a local carrier, you'll be roaming. You will see "Extended Area" or "Roaming" on the screen. Higher rates apply for roaming calls (4 units per minute). And, you'll be asked to dial your cellphone number and the security code (the last 4-digits of your phone number, or 1100 if your the last 4-digits of your phone starts with the number 0) in addition to the number you're trying to reach.
